WORKSHOP LAYOUTS for JULY

I have been working on some layouts for a Summer Workshop I plan to have at my house.  Right now the date looks like it will be Friday July 26, at 6:30 pm..  My garage is currently under construction but hopefully will be completed for us to work out there for our Summer Workshop. Below are 4 of the 5 pages we will be making. **Anyone who emails me to reserve a spot at the JULY workshop AND comments on this post will receive a free Close to My Heart Petite Perks Stamp Set**  and will also get to be first to sign up for the Christmas Card Workshop.  (Space is limited)

Page 1 & 2 will be made with one of my favorite papers from CTMH, Buzz and Bumble! (Please excuse my "notes" on the 2nd page, I forgot to take them off when taking the picture)   [Click on pictures to enlarge]

Page 3 & 4 will be made with another favorite of mine, For Always!

 

 

Page 5 will be a surprise. But I can give you a hint... It will be perfect for your July photos and will have space to fit lots of them on just 1 page!

This week at Heart 2 Heart we have been challenged to use Buttons.  What better way than on a Baby Card?

Raindrops Keep Falling . . .

April's showers inspire us this week at Heart2Heart Challenge. I used Chantilly paper and the Happy Thoughts and Card Chatter - Birthday Stamp Sets for this card.  I made it for a very creative friend who has a birthday in April.

Erie County Fair 2012

I am still trying to get caught up on my layouts for 2012.  This one is from August 2012, the Erie County Fair.  I was there twice last summer.  Once to set up a Close to My Heart Booth in the Arts &  Crafts Building, the second time was just for fun! I will have my booth set up again this year on Saturday August 10th.  Stop by to say hello and pick up a new Idea Book!

Paper Playtime Challenge

I have 2 cards I made with the Close to My Heart Stamp Set "Fabulous You" which I am posting to the Paper Playtime Blog Challenge  "Use a Sentiment Stamp".  Each has a different Sentiment and picture.

 

 

Both are made with CTMH Cardstock, Inks & Bakers Twine. I used Watercolor Pencils to color in the flowers.

LOVE IS IN THE AIR

This week at Heart 2 Heart "Love is in the Air" is the theme for the challenge. I made this card for my daughter using La Belle Vie paper and Quick Cards - Butterfly. The Heart is cut from the Art Philosophy Cartridge and is being held in place with a Pin Clip.
