Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge

This card is made based on Atlantic Hearts Sketch #69 using Close to My Heart Stamp sets: D1482 Love Life, B1462 Lovely Birthday, C1599 Pretty Petals and D1627 Your Own Kind of Wonderful.  Cardstock: White Daisy and Thistle. Ink: Thistle, Sweet Leaf, Honey and Black.

Owls Owls Everywhere!

This month I have seen so many Owl projects, including my own!  This card was "copied" from my good friend Lisa while we were scrapping together last weekend.  I put it together and pulled it apart 3 times before it finally looked like this:

Atlantic Hearts Sketch #68

This card is based on the Atlantic Hearts Sketch #68 which can be seen on their challenge blog this week.  Once again I used the Close to My Heart August Stamp of the Month (Love that stamp set) to create my card.  I also used the Chevron and Honeycomb Embossing Folders on the Flaxen and Sorbet cardstock.  The printed paper is the "Chalk it Up" paper pack from the new CTMH Idea Book. 

Three Amigo's Mini Blog Hop

Welcome to the Three Amigos August 2014 Close to My Heart Mini-Blog Hop. We are three Close to My Heart Consultants with a love for Stamping and Scrapping and would like to share our creative ideas with you. On the 3^rd day of each month we will feature a different CTMH product and create a card, layout or other project. There are only 3 stops on this hop so it will only take a few minutes to hop through. 

This month we are using the August Stamp of the Month for our project.  I also used the new Scaredy Cat Paper Pack and made a Birthday Card out of a Halloween Stamp set and Paper Pack.

For the card base I cut a piece of White Cardstock 12" x 4" and scored it at 2", 4" and 8". 
I used the new ShinHan Markers from CTMH to color in the owl.
