Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #145

I think my Favorite paper pack in the 2015-2016 Close to my Heart Annual Inspirations Book is Georgie.  For this card I used Georgie paper and Complements along with the Artiste Cricut Cartridge and stamps.
The idea of balloons came to me as soon as I saw the Atlantic Hearts sketch, but I still had a hard time piecing it all together.  I completely tore apart the first card I made because it just wasn't coming together the way I wanted it to.  Then I saw the "Bundle of Joy" from the Georgie Complements and it all seemed to fall into place.
