Three Amigos Mini Blog Hop

Welcome to the Three Amigos December Close to My Heart Mini-Blog Hop. For our Fourth "Hop" we each chose a color and made our project using these 3 colors. The colors are Ruby, Buttercup and Sunset.   

For my  project I used Stamp Set #D1556 [Washi Wonder] for the background, which can be bought only with your Hostess Rewards, #G1064 from the Laughing Lola Cardmaking Workshop on the Go and #D1510 [4 My Friend]  for the Sentiment.

More Christmas Cards

I finally finished my Christmas Cards this past weekend.  Hopefully now I can consentrate on catching up with my scrapbooking before the new CTMH Idea Book comes out and the Workshops start again! 

This is a 3" card made with the November Stamp of the Month.  Again I did not think I would be able to use this stamp set, but now that I opened the envelope and got it out, I Love It!

Three Amigos CTMH Mini Blog Hop

Welcome to the Three Amigos Novemberber Close to My Heart Mini-Blog Hop. We are three Close to My Heart Consultants with a love for Stamping and Scrapping and would like to share our creative ideas with you. For our Third "Hop" we chose to use anything from the Close to My Heard Holiday Gift Guide which you can view on my Close to My Heart website. 

For my first project I used the new Sparkle and Shine Paper, Trim the Tree Stamp Set (A1149) and Sparkle Holiday Shapes (Z1910).  I stamped the trees and star with Juniper and Slate ink.

My second project was inspired by fellow CTMH Consultant Stacy Burch.  I used the Polar Bear Holiday Stamp Set (C1557), one of the Sparkle and Shine Washi Tapes and the Juniper and Ruby Markers to color the bear's scarf. The ink colors I used are Ruby, Juniper and Black.

Christmas Card Workshop

I have been making several Christmas Cards with the Close to My Heart "Frosted" and "Sparkle and Shine" Paper Packs.  Trying to choose which ones to make for my Christmas Card Workshop isn't easy. 

I want each one to be special, yet not too involved. My goal is to have everyone complete 10 cards in less than 3 hours. So last night I went through all of the cards and eliminated any that I felt would take too long to make.

Three Amigo's Close to My Heart Mini Blog Hop

Welcome to the Three Amigos Octoberber CTMH Mini-Blog Hop. We are three Close to My Heart Consultants with a love for Stamping and Scrapping and would like to share our creative ideas with you. On the 3^rd day of each month we will feature a different CTMH product and create a card, layout or other project. For our Second "Hop" we chose the "Always Grateful" Stamp set (C1559) which you can purchase for $13.95 on my Close to My Heart website. 

For my project I took this Autumn Stamp set and turned it into a "Wintery" Holiday Card.  Frist I stamped the tree on a circle of Colonial White Cardstock with Slate ink.  Then I stamped 2 more trees in the background with Whisper ink. I embossed the circle by putting it through the Cuttlebug to give it a snowy look.

Brown Paper Packages Tied up with String

Brown Paper Packages Tied up with String is the theme for this week's challenge at Heart 2 Heart.  Since I had the day off from work yesterday I was able to get this project done right away!  I used the September CTMH Stamp of the Month for my card along with the Quick Cards "Bountiful Season" (A1130) Stamp and tied it up with some Hemp. I stamped on Colonial White & Desert Sand Cardstock and used Chocolate Card Stock for the outside Borders.

For my  project I completed my first page in one of the new Close to My Heart “My Crush” Books (My Crush Books found on pages 63 through 67 of your CTMH Autumn/Winter Idea Book). I also used the New Artbooking Cricut Cartridge to cut out the film strip. The Journaling tag, the envelope holding the movie passes and the ticket sticker are all pieces from the “My Crush Assortments”.
