Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #119

I have been playing along with the weekly Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge Blog for quite some time now but this is my first week on the Design Team!  I am excited to be a part of the team and I am looking forward to the weekly challenges.  

This comes just in time for me to give a sneak peek at one of the new Close to My Heart papers which will be available in the 2015-2016 Annual Inspirations Book starting September 1st.  It is from the paper pack called "Zoe".  I also used one of the stickers from the Zoe Complements, a gem from the Zoe Assortment and Coral Shimmer Trim.  The white background is embossed with the CTMH Honeycomb Embossing Folder.

I had some old retired CTMH flowers and ribbon which went well with the design and I threw in a few other embellishments I had leftover from other projects.  The Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Chantilly Cardmaking Workshop.

3 Amigo's Blog Hop

Welcome to the Three Amigos August 2015 Close to My Heart Mini-Blog Hop. We are three Close to My Heart Consultants with a love for Stamping and Scrapping and would like to share our creative ideas with you. On the 3^rd day of each month we will feature a different CTMH product and create a card, layout or other project. There are only 3 stops on this hop so it will only take a few minutes to hop through. 

This month we are featuring products that will soon be retiring.  On September 1st Close to My Heart will have a new Annual Inspirations Book to order from with to of new products to get!  In order to make room for the new items many of the old ones will be retiring.  I chose to use one of my favorite Hostess Rewards Stamps that will be retiring called Exotic Flower (B1477).  I stamped on White Daisy and colored in the design with my Shin Han Markers.

Heart 2 Heart

This week at Heart 2 Heart the theme is "Life is a Beach".  I was fortunate enough to have vacationed in Hawaii this year and I have hundreds of photos to scrap!  Not all of them are taken on a beach, but this particular day was spent walking on the sand and relaxing...

I used Close to My Heart "Footloose" paper and stamp sets C1495 Just Chillin and  C1500 Under the Sea along with sever cuts from my Cricut.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch 116

I pulled out an old Close to My Heart SOTM (S1301 Happy Valentine's) and paper pack (Laughing Lola) for this weeks Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #116.  I also used stamp set  D1539 The Happy Couple and Gold Shimmer Trim which I punched with my scallop border punch.  The roses were colored in with Shin Han Markers and accented with gold stickles glitter glue.  I embossed the white background with the CTMH Damask embossing folder.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch 115

Because I need to catch up on my Scrapbooking I made a layout for this weeks Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #115.  I usually don't do layouts with just one picture, but this one was so cute, I wanted it to stand out.  I used CTMH "Chalk it Up" paper with Pacifica, Glacier and white Daisy Cardstock.

This month we are having a BLAST FROM THE PAST!  I dug out this card that I made before I was even a Close to My Heart Consultant.  It is made with one of my favorite old CTMH paper packs, "Silhouette" and D1349 "Be Yourself" Stamp set.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch #114

I created a Wedding Card for this weeks Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #114 using leftover scraps of CTMH "For Always" paper, Glitter paper, Shimmer trim and Stamp set #D1636 "I Do".

My Card for Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #113 was made with last month's Close to My Heart Special "Taste of Summer" Paper and stamp set and also the Hostess Rewards Stamp set "Tagged With Love".  I added some glitter gel and liquid glass to some of the strawberries.

I used last month's Close to My Heart Special "Taste of Summer" Paper and stamp set for my Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge card this week.  I also turned the sketch sideways for a better fit on my card.

I am once again using the Close to My Heart June Stamp of the Month for the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #111.  I also used the Hopscotch paper pack, did a little coloring with my Shin Han Markers and Heat Embossed the HAPPY BIRTHDAY in gold.

I used one of the borders from the paper pack with numbers on it, so decided to make it a child's card with their age on it.  Since I do not have anyone in mind to give the card to at the moment, I cut out a few other numbers so I can change it if necessary.
