Easel Card

This is my first attempt at an Easel Card. I have seen them on other Blogs, so I decided to try it out... I photographed the front and the side, to show how it looks when opened. It folds flat to fit in an envelope for mailing.

National Scrapbook Day

Another great day of scrapbooking at the Polish Falcons has come to an end. I got a lot done and it was a lot of fun! It started at 10:00 am and I did not get home until 10:00 pm. The next Scrapbook Day is not until October...

I just love this CTMH Silhouette Paper! Below is a Recipe book cover and more cards that I made using it. Next week is another all day Crop at the Polish Falcons, I hope to get a lot done! And... I can't wait for the food they serve, it is SO GOOD!

My Car

Last week my car broke. Yes, actually broke. It had to be put back together. It happened when I was leaving work. And yes, I had my camera with me, so even in all the chaos of calling the roadside Assistance & having it towed to the repair shop, the true scrapbooker that I am, I got pictures! So there will be a scrapbook layout of my car in despair coming soon :-)

Saturday Crop at the Leonard Post

This is the first page I did on Saturday at the All Day Crop in Cheektowaga. It took me three hours! My daughter Teresa & my friend Michele were also there. We had a great time!

This was from the Lancaster Garden Walk, 2009. It was a beautiful sunny day. Someday when I am retired and have the time to keep up on my back yard I would like to have it be a part of the Garden Walk.

I finally got a chance to figure out how to scan a 12 x 12 scrapbook page last night! I am slowly getting the hang of this Blog Thing. I think.

Valentine's Day

Another Monday morning... back to work. But I got a wonderful surprise from my hubby yesterday for Valentine's Day. I found a brand new 19" flat screen TV in my scrapbook room! Isn't he the BEST! Mark had to work yesterday, so I spent most of the day working in my scrapbook room and watching the new TV.
